A supplier node is any distinct legal entity in your mapped supply network — a tier-1, tier-2, or tier-3 supplier. Divisions or branches of the same legal entity count as one node. If your network has 500 tier-1 suppliers and 1,200 tier-2 suppliers, that's approximately 1,700 nodes.

No. Supplytrx builds your network map from external trade data — customs manifests, AIS shipping records, and commercial databases. Your suppliers don't need to participate. You provide your tier-1 supplier list (typically from your ERP) and we do the rest.

We have native connectors for SAP S/4HANA, Oracle SCM Cloud, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Infor CloudSuite. We also support custom REST API integration for other ERP and procurement systems. Configuration typically takes 2–4 hours for a standard ERP instance.

Each inferred link in your supply graph comes with a confidence score based on how many data sources corroborate it (customs records, AIS data, commercial filings). In customer validations, approximately 84% of inferred tier-2 links have been confirmed by direct supplier questionnaire. Tier-3 confidence is lower — typically 60–70% — and is labeled accordingly in the graph.
