Manufacturers Shouldn't Be Blind Past Tier-1
Supplytrx was founded on a straightforward observation: the supply chain disruptions that hurt manufacturers most — chip shortages, port crises, sole-source failures — all originate in tier-2 and tier-3 suppliers that procurement teams cannot see.
We built the platform to change that. Using trade data, AI graph inference, and continuous monitoring, Supplytrx makes the extended supply chain visible — so manufacturers can act before the disruption arrives.
Built from a Supply Chain Crisis Firsthand
Diana Guerrero spent more than twelve years in procurement and supply chain operations at manufacturers before the 2021 chip shortage made clear that tier-1 visibility alone was not enough. At the consumer electronics company where she led global procurement, her team discovered — too late — that three of their largest tier-1 suppliers all sourced the same Malaysian substrate fabricator. The information existed in customs manifests and trade-flow databases. No platform was connecting it.
She founded Supplytrx in Atlanta in 2022 alongside Marcus Webb, with a single thesis: if the dependency graph exists in public trade data, procurement teams shouldn't need to wait for their suppliers to disclose it. Supplytrx builds it automatically.
The company launched its first commercial platform in early 2024. Atlanta — a southeastern logistics hub with Hartsfield-Jackson handling more freight volume than most procurement teams realize — turned out to be the right place to build a platform for operations teams who feel supply chain risk directly.
Our Operating Principles
Visibility is the Prerequisite
You can't manage what you can't see. Before resilience, before risk scoring, before response planning — you need a complete picture of your dependencies. We start there.
Lead Time is the Resource
Every disruption that gets caught early becomes manageable. The same disruption with 2 days' notice becomes a crisis. Our entire platform is oriented around maximizing lead time.
Supply Chain Teams Know Best
We build tools for people who understand manufacturing supply chains deeply. We provide the data. Procurement teams provide the judgment. Our platform amplifies experts, not replaces them.
From Idea to Industry Infrastructure
Diana Guerrero and Marcus Webb founded Supplytrx in Atlanta, GA — built around the core thesis that supplier dependency graphs already exist in public trade data.
First customs manifest and AIS data integration completed. Graph inference model trained on 10 years of historical trade data.
First paying customers onboarded across automotive and electronics verticals. Average graph build time at launch: 14 hours.
Expanded monitoring to all 6 signal categories — port/logistics, geopolitical, weather, labor, financial distress, and infrastructure. Graph build time reduced to 12 hours average.
Angel round closed March 2026. Expanded to industrials and consumer goods verticals. Growing customer base across four manufacturing sectors.
Built by Supply Chain and AI Veterans
Our team combines deep supply chain domain expertise with the AI/ML capability to build what the industry needs.
